The paper describes a clinical case of successful combined modality treatment patient with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma extension to the superior mesenteric artery and vein. examination revealed an unresectable tumor. Twelve courses FOLFIRINOX therapy showed good results, upon which plan was changed typical pancreaticoduodenal resection performed. Pathological urT1N0M0R0, TRG 2. postoperative period uneventful. efficacy drug for has increased markedly in recent years. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be considered most effective locally advanced tumors.
